Every inquiry starts the same way, whether it comes in through the form above, a text message, or a phone call during a storm. First we talk it through: what the property is, what season you need us in, and what result you are after. That first conversation is usually short — five minutes is often enough for us to tell you whether hydroseeding or snow service is the right fit, roughly what the range looks like, and how soon we could realistically be on site.

Next comes a site visit. We walk the ground, check slope and drainage, look at how much topsoil is actually there, note where equipment can get in, and for winter work we map where snow can be stacked without burying a lawn or blocking sight lines. Then you get a written quote with the scope spelled out, and once you approve it we put your project on the schedule with a realistic window rather than a vague promise. After a hydroseeding job we hand over a written watering schedule and then check back a few weeks later to confirm the stand came in evenly. Winter customers get us again automatically on the next storm.

Our service commitment

We answer during business hours, Mon–Fri, 8:00am–6:00pm, and we run 24/7 storm response, winter season. We quote honestly, including telling you when a job is not worth doing yet or when a different approach would serve you better. We do not invent prices over the phone without seeing the site, and we do not promise timelines the weather will not allow. If something does not come in the way we said it would, call us and we will come look at it.

Areas we cover

We work out of Osage and serve Osage, Park Rapids, Detroit Lakes, Wadena, Menahga, Perham, Pine River and Brainerd, plus the smaller communities and lake areas between them.
